We sat down with Jeff and gained his insight into how Live Oak has maintained its growth and why the partnership with Multiquip continues to elevate their business.
MQ: What is the importance of Live Oak’s partnership with Multiquip?
JF:I would have to say what sets Multiquip apart from other manufacturers is their network of service, that's really important. Dealing with a manufacturer that has people who can help us with training, product knowledge, and service; and offer training not just for our salespeople but for mechanics too.
Bobby Hughes, a Live Oak team member, reinforced this by sharing: “I think Multiquip is bar-none the best as far as providing resources and figuring out problems. They really emphasize being in the position to take care of not only their ASCs (Authorized Service Centers), but their customers as well. I deal with multiple manufacturers in this industry, but [Multiquip has] actually invested in being a part of producing an efficient way of figuring out problems for their dealers and their customers.”
Equipment professionals from across Central and South America recently gathered at our San Bernardino, California location for three days of product training.
Attendees gained expertise in the entire MQ product range – compaction, pumps, concrete and power equipment – in an immersive setting that covered application, safety, and effective sales techniques. This interactive training provided a dynamic, memorable learning experience with Multiquip, combining education with practical expertise. Ready to take part in a future Sales School?
